LandOcean hold the legal knowledge training in the afternoon of November 5, and invited the famous law professor and doctoral supervisor of Law School in People’s University---Prof. Liu Junhai to give a lecture about “Hot, Difficult and Doubtful Problem in the Progress of Building the Legal Enterprise in Legalized Business Environment” to about 30 staff of LandOcean. The chairman of LandOcean Mr. Sun Gengwen attended the training and gave a speech.

　　Prof. Liu explained six aspects of hot, difficult and doubtful problem in corporation law practice in simple way combining concrete examples, includes why to build legalized business environment, how to build legal enterprise in legalized business environment, the challenge after the reform of the enterprise registration system, philosophy, institution and practice in the management of listed company, social responsibility of a company, and how to treat the problem in the reform of the diversified ownership. Prof. Liu also answered questions of attendance in the end of the lecture.

　　With great foresight, humor, theoretical property, pertinence and practicality, Prof. Liu’s lecture provides powerful legal guide instrengthening risk prevention and control, and managing enterprises according to law. The lecture also has great significance in improving the legal knowledge level and consciousness of staff, it is useful to build the environment of understanding and complying with the law, and this will lead the enhancement of the legalized management level and promote the construction of internal protection system against legal risk.
